What it is
A virtual employee powered by AI
An AI employee is an AI agent that is given not one task but a whole role: AI manager, receptionist, content manager. It handles the work from start to finish: takes incoming requests, asks questions, prepares documents and hands you the finished result. And it works without days off
An AI employee doesn’t replace you or make decisions for you. I describe its duties as I would for a new person on the team: what it does on its own, what it passes to you and where it stops. Important decisions stay with you — with one button
How I describe an AI employee’s role
Just like for a new person on the team, we first answer four questions:
- What comes in. Client messages, emails, requests, news
- What result is needed. A booking, a post, a reply, a client card
- What it decides on its own. For example, answering a price question from the price list
- When it hands over to you. A booking cancellation, a complaint, an unusual request, anything that needs your responsibility
The more precise the answers, the more reliably the AI employee works. These answers become its rules
How an AI employee differs from a chatbot
A regular chatbot answers from a script and gets lost if the question isn’t on the template. An AI employee understands normal speech and voice messages, remembers what was said before, works with your services — calendar, email, spreadsheets — and gets the job to a result: a booking, a post, a finished email
Which roles you can give to AI
- AI client manager. Replies to messages, collects the request and hands you a ready client card — as in my project Sales Bot
- AI receptionist. Books clients into free slots — learn more
- AI content manager. Finds topics, writes and publishes posts — content factory
- AI executive assistant. Email, calendar, reminders — AI agents
- AI video editor. Subtitles for videos in ~2 minutes — the Auto Subtitles project
Several virtual AI employees can be combined into a team. In my content factory one agent looks for topics, another writes, and a designer agent draws the image for the post
What’s included
- a role description: duties, boundaries and communication rules
- choosing AI models for the task
- connecting your services
- buttons for your decisions in Telegram
- testing on your real data
- launch, team training and a guide
How I work
- Intro call, 30 minutes, free. We work out what work to give the AI employee
- Role description. I write down the duties, boundaries and what the employee passes to you. You know the result and the price in advance
- Build and test. I build the employee and test it on your real data
- Launch. I show you and your team how to work with it and leave a guide
- Growth. If you like, I monitor its work and add new duties
Timing and price
It depends on the role. An AI assistant in Telegram takes from 3 days, an AI employee that takes a client from the first message to a booking takes ~2 weeks. Price — ⟨…⟩. I name the exact price after the intro call
Example: an AI manager instead of a doctor in Direct
At one clinic the doctor answered clients in Direct himself: across 400 conversations he typed 4,421 messages by hand. Now an AI employee handles the conversations: replies within seconds, asks the right questions, collects photos and a questionnaire and hands the doctor a ready card. The decisions stayed with the doctor
AI won’t replace you — a person who uses AI will
FAQ
How is an AI employee different from a human one?
It doesn’t get tired, replies within seconds day and night and forgets nothing. But it doesn’t make decisions that require responsibility — it passes those to you
Can an AI employee make mistakes?
It can, just like a person. That’s why anything that changes something outside — a booking, an email, a post — it does only after your button, and it passes difficult cases to you right away
How much does an AI employee cost?
⟨…⟩. The exact price comes after a 30-minute intro call
Do I need to install anything?
No. The AI employee works where you already communicate: in Telegram and Instagram
Will an AI employee replace my people?
It takes over the routine: repetitive replies, collecting requests, reminders. People focus on what needs a human: decisions, difficult clients, growing the business
