How it differs from a regular Instagram bot
A regular Instagram DM bot works with buttons and templates: the client picks a menu item and gets a ready text. An AI receptionist holds a real conversation: it understands a question asked in the client’s own words and voice messages, remembers what the client has already said and doesn’t ask the same thing twice. Most importantly, it takes the conversation all the way to a booking in your calendar
How the AI receptionist works
- A client writes to you. In Instagram DM, WhatsApp or Telegram — the bot replies within seconds in Russian or English and writes in your name. It asks short questions — name, service, city — and understands voice messages
- Collects everything needed. It asks for photos and runs a short questionnaire if needed. It quotes prices only from your price list
- Offers a time. It checks your Google Calendar, offers up to three free slots and holds the chosen time for up to 48 hours
- A card for you in Telegram. Answers, photos, questionnaire, chosen time and a link to the conversation. Buttons: “Confirm”, “Decline”, “I’ll take it”, “Clarify”
- One button — and the booking is done. The bot checks the calendar once more, creates the booking and tells the client the date. The same time slot is never sold twice
- Difficult cases go straight to you. If a client asks to cancel a booking, to talk by phone or writes about worrying symptoms, the bot doesn’t decide on its own and hands the conversation to you

How I work
- Intro call, 30 minutes, free. We go through how clients book with you
- Script. I describe what the bot asks, what it answers and when it hands the conversation to you. You know the result and the price in advance
- Build and test. I build the bot and test it on your past conversations
- Launch. The bot starts replying to clients, and you get cards in Telegram
- Growth. If you like, I monitor the conversations and improve the replies

Before the bot, the doctor answered Direct himself: across 400 conversations he typed 4,421 messages by hand. Now the bot handles the conversation from the first message to the booking, and the doctor has one thing left to do — confirm. The doctor always has the final say: without his button no booking appears
The bot answers clients in Direct while I work with patients: it tells them about the services, answers questions and sends me a ready client card. Requests don’t get lost anymore

Won’t the bot tell a client too much?
The bot quotes prices only from your price list, makes no diagnoses and no extra promises. It passes difficult questions to you right away
What if I want to reply to a client myself?
Tap “I’ll take it” — the bot goes quiet and you lead the conversation. The “Clarify” button sends your question to the client word for word
Will an AI receptionist work for a beauty salon?
