What it is
AI video for your brand
A brand needs short videos every week, and each one takes an evening: subtitles typed by hand, filming and editing for explainers. Off-the-shelf AI video tools give raw output: subtitles drift, iPhone colors burn out, and every edit means starting over
I build AI video pipelines for your brand; most start from Telegram. A phone video gets word-by-word subtitles with true colors, explainer videos are rendered from code with no filming, and paid generation starts only on your word
How it works
- 01You film a video and write one word: “subtitles”
- 02Speech is recognized word by word, the text is proofread
- 03Subtitles that read: up to 4 words, the spoken one in red
- 04Covers and images — from your brief
- 05A publish card: nothing goes out without your button

What you get
If short videos eat your evenings, I build you a pipeline that makes them from one message in Telegram: word-by-word subtitles for phone videos, explainer videos for your services with no filming, short AI clips and covers. Paid generation starts only after your “go”, and publishing only on your button
How it works
- Auto subtitles. Drop a phone video in a folder and write “subtitles”. Every word is timed, up to four words sit on screen, and iPhone HDR colors stay true
- Explainer videos from code. Scenes are written once and rendered in wide and vertical formats, in two languages. No filming, no voice-over, and a text change is a quick rebuild, not a re-edit
- AI video generation. Describe a clip, and the bot generates a short vertical video with sound. Paid generation starts only after your “go”
- AI covers. A designer bot creates covers, carousels and portraits on request, right in the chat
- Publishing. A caption and title are drafted from the speech, and the video goes out to the platforms with one tap
How I work
- Intro call, 30 minutes, free. We work out which videos you need and how much time they take now
- Blueprint. I describe what each pipeline does, how it starts and where it waits for your approval. You know the result and the price in advance
- Build and test. I build the pipeline and test it on your videos
- Launch. I show you how to start the pipeline from Telegram and leave a guide
- Growth. If you like, I monitor the pipelines and add new ones — support and growth
Timing and price
I build one pipeline in 1–5 days. Price — from $100
I name the exact price after the intro call and write it into the blueprint before the work starts
Example: videos for my website
Pipelines like these run in my AI Video project: 40 explainer videos live on my website, 22 clips subtitled at about two minutes each, and 296 AI covers made since April
AI generates the video, code edits and checks,
while paid generation and publishing happen only with your approval
Who does the work
My name is Mat. For 10 years I worked in IT as a manager, and now I build AI systems. The videos and subtitles for my own website are made by the same kind of pipelines. I do the work myself and explain things without jargon. More on the About page
FAQ
How much does AI video cost?
From $100 per pipeline. The exact price comes after a 30-minute intro call
How long does setup take?
I build one pipeline in 1–5 days, including testing it on your videos
Do I need to film anything?
For subtitles, yes — a phone video is enough. Explainer videos and AI clips are made without filming
Will processing ruin my iPhone footage?
No. iPhone HDR colors stay true, and every subtitle word is timed precisely
Can I change the text in a finished video?
Yes. An explainer video is built from code, so a text edit is a quick rebuild, not a re-edit. The wide and vertical versions in both languages rebuild on their own
Could I be charged for generation I didn’t ask for?
No. Paid generation starts only after your “go”, and publishing happens only when you press the button
How do I start a pipeline?
Most pipelines start with a Telegram message. For subtitles, for example, just drop a video into a folder and write “subtitles”
