What it is

AI for your business, not for everyone

AI development is the main service, and it includes three others: consultation, audit and architecture. I work out where your business loses time, design a solution, build it, test it on your real data and integrate it into what you already use: Telegram, Instagram, email, spreadsheets, your client base. You get not a prototype but a working system

You can also buy AI for business as a ready-made service. Custom AI development is needed when off-the-shelf doesn’t fit: you have your own processes, your own clients and your own style. Then the system is built around you and works the way your business works

Tasks AI handles best

AI handles best the tasks that repeat day after day and have a clear input and result:

  • a client’s question in — a calendar booking out
  • a news item in — a ready post for six social networks out
  • a raw video in — a video with subtitles, a description and hashtags out
  • a stream of emails and meetings in — a short summary and ready replies out

If a task has no clear result or every decision requires your responsibility, it’s better to make AI an assistant rather than a doer: it prepares, you confirm

What can be built

  • AI agents — an assistant that handles email, calendar and texts on its own
  • AI employee — a whole role: manager, receptionist, content manager
  • AI receptionist — booking clients via Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Content factory — social media from idea to publication
  • AI voice agent — tasks by voice, no keyboard
  • A tool for one task — for example, auto subtitles for videos

What’s included

  • Consultation — we go through your task and answer your questions
  • Audit — I find where the business loses time and money and what of it AI can take over
  • Architecture — a blueprint of the system: data, models, services, timing and price
  • Build and test on your real data
  • Integration into your services: Telegram, Instagram, email, spreadsheets, your client base
  • Team training and a guide

How I work

  1. Intro call, 30 minutes, free. We go through your task
  2. Audit and blueprint. I find what to give to AI and describe the system. You know the result and the price in advance
  3. Build and test. I build the system and test it on your data
  4. Integration. I connect it to your services and train your team
  5. Support. If you like, I monitor the system and develop it — learn more

Why me and not an agency

I do everything myself and don’t pass the work on to juniors. Every system I offer, I use myself every day in my own projects — this is practice, not theory. Before AI I spent 10 years in IT as a manager and led all kinds of projects, from video games to finance

Timing and price

From 3 days for one simple agent to 3–4 weeks for a system covering several processes. Price — from $500 for a simple project, complex systems of several agents from $2000. I name the exact price after the intro call, once I see your task

Example: auto subtitles in one day

Auto Subtitles: subtitles for a video in ~2 minutes
Auto Subtitles: subtitles for a video in ~2 minutes

A tool for one task: you put a video in a Google Drive folder and type one word in Telegram — “subtitles”. A couple of minutes later the finished video with large subtitles is on the Drive, and the description and hashtags arrive in Telegram. Development time — ~1 day

Editing each video used to take me half an hour. Now I upload the video — and a couple of minutes later I get it ready, with subtitles. I publish many times more often

FAQ

Why is custom development better than a ready-made service?

A ready-made service is the same for everyone. A custom system works with your services, speaks your language and does exactly what your business needs

Which AI models do you work with?

Claude, GPT, GLM, Gemini, Groq. I pick the model for the task and never tie a system to one engine

I’m not tech-savvy. Will this work for me?

That’s exactly who I work for. I’m not a programmer myself. I’ll explain without jargon — in plain words and on your own tasks

What if it doesn’t work out?

If something can’t be done, I warn you in advance, before the work starts. If it turns out along the way, I’ll tell you as early as possible

What happens after launch?

The system works for you. If needed, I take it on for support: I monitor it and add improvements, monthly or on request
