About the Project
Sales Bot is an AI administrator that handles conversations with clients in Instagram Direct and brings them to a booking. It replies within seconds, asks the right questions, collects photos and a questionnaire, offers free time slots from the calendar and passes a ready request to the doctor in Telegram. A booking appears only after the doctor’s button
At one clinic, before the bot, the doctor answered Direct himself: across 400 conversations he typed 4,421 messages by hand. The bot takes the conversations off the doctor’s plate, but not the decisions: everything important is still his
What You Get
If clients write to you in Direct and you or an administrator reply yourselves, the bot takes over the conversation: it replies right away, in Russian or English, quotes prices only from your price list and doesn’t lose a single client halfway. All that’s left for you is to look at the card and tap “Confirm”
How It Works

A client writes in Direct
The bot replies within seconds in the client’s language, Russian or English, and writes in your name, in the first person. It asks four short questions: name, age, procedure and city. It understands the client’s voice messages too

Collects everything for the doctor
The bot asks for photos and, if the client agrees to book, runs a short health questionnaire. It doesn’t assess the photos or give advice — the doctor looks at them. It takes prices only from your price list and always adds that the doctor will name the exact amount after the examination

Offers a time
The bot checks your Google Calendar and offers the client up to three free slots. It holds the chosen time for up to 48 hours so nobody else takes it

A card with buttons for the doctor
A client card arrives in Telegram: answers, photos, questionnaire, chosen time and a link to the whole conversation. Buttons: “Confirm”, “Decline”, “I’ll take it”, “Clarify” and VIP, blogger and partner tags. “Clarify” — your question goes to the client word for word, “I’ll take it” — the bot goes quiet and you lead the conversation

One button — and the booking is done
After “Confirm” the bot checks the calendar once more, creates the booking and tells the client the date in their language, and the address can be sent with the next button. The same time slot is never sold twice
If a client asks to cancel a booking, to talk by phone or to book someone else, or writes about worrying symptoms, the bot doesn’t decide on its own and immediately hands the conversation to the doctor

Result
Sales Bot handles the conversation from the first message to the booking, and the doctor has one thing left to do — confirm. The client gets an answer right away, not when the doctor finds a free minute
The doctor always has the final say: without his button no booking appears, and the bot gives no diagnoses, no extra promises and no prices outside the price list
