For example, I ask Jes to prepare posts for my website. She puts together the Russian text, an English version, a cover image and photos, and prepares versions for other platforms
Before publication, I receive the complete post for approval. I can ask for a rewrite or a different image, or cancel it. Until I approve publication, the post remains a draft
Other tasks
I also turn to her for personal tasks. She helps me collect ideas, handle bookings and arrange meetings in my calendar
Jes can also receive inquiries and comments through my website
