What it is

A blueprint of the AI system before development

Good automation starts with a blueprint. I describe what data the system will take in, what happens to it and what comes out, and I choose the platforms and AI models for your task. That way you know in advance what you’ll get and how much it will cost

What an AI agent’s architecture consists of

  • Input: where the system gets its data — client messages, email, spreadsheets, news
  • Processing: what happens to the data and which AI model does it
  • Output: what comes out — a booking, a post, an email, a report
  • Services: what everything runs on and connects to
  • Boundaries: what the system does on its own and what only after your consent

What you get

  • a diagram of the system
  • a technical brief that any developer can build from
  • an estimate of cost and timing

Why pay for a blueprint

Redoing a finished system costs more than fixing a blueprint. Architecture shows the weak spots before money is spent on them and gives a clear plan to any developer — me or someone else

Choosing models and services

I work with Claude, GPT, GLM, Gemini and Groq and pick a model for each task rather than one for everything. In some places response speed matters, in others accuracy, in others price. For example, my voice assistant is built from six services: one hears speech, another replies fast, the third thinks and hands out tasks, the fourth provides the voice, the fifth keeps the connection, the sixth shows the face

How I work

  1. Intro call, 30 minutes, free. We go through the task
  2. Analysis. I find out what data there is and what’s needed at the output
  3. Blueprint. I describe the system and choose models and services
  4. Result. I hand over the diagram, the technical brief and an estimate of timing and cost

Timing and price

From $200. Timing — ⟨…⟩

Example: the architecture of a content factory

Content Factory: a separate mechanism for each task
Content Factory: a separate mechanism for each task

Any model can write a post quickly today. The hard part is different: making the text sound like you, keeping the numbers right, not repeating yesterday’s post, formatting it for each social network and getting it out everywhere on the same day. That’s why the architecture of my content factory has a separate mechanism for each of these tasks

Fixing a blueprint is always cheaper than redoing a finished system

FAQ

Can I give the technical brief to another developer?

Yes. The brief is written so that any developer can build from it

How is architecture different from an audit?

An audit answers what to give to AI. Architecture answers how exactly to build it: what data, models and services are needed and how much it will cost

How much does AI system architecture cost?

From $200
